We’re putting together a thought piece about the psychology of being a beginner, and we’d love your input.

Starting something new as an adult can feel surprisingly daunting. There’s the fear of looking silly, not being good enough, walking into a room where everyone seems to know what they’re doing, or simply not knowing what to expect.
