The sessions have split times 6pm-7pm & 7pm-830pm

Kokoro is a Martial Arts club which studies the art of Kyokushinkai. This type of karate focuses on improving the power and strength (both mentally and physically) of those who practice it. For 2 nights a week, we offer a new and exciting way to get fitter, improve your self esteem and become more impressive then you ever have before.
