I'm beyond excited to share some wonderful news with you all! After years of spreading the love for yoga across the globe, I'm back in Bishop's Stortford, bringing with me over 8 years of yoga teaching experience and for the past 2 years having worked as the UK Yoga Lead for Virgin Active in London's Head Office. 🧘‍♂🧘🏻‍♀️✨

How has it been 12 days without hearing your voice?

12 days that my BEST friend, my No1 human, my Mum, Mama left her physical body.

06.06.2023 The night our world got torn apart and my life changed forever 💔

We spoke only 40mins before, said bye and see you soon as I was supposed to be coming to visit only one day later.

One day too late 😭

12 days since the phone rang as Dad broke the news that you had gone in his caring arms.
I fell to the floor and screamed in a haze of panic, shock and trauma. I was physically floored drowning in a sea of my own tears. An ambulance crew in your house with nothing they could do for you other than turn the camera around for me to see you.
288 hours without you here and mama I'm hurting. I miss our 1-6 daily calls, being able to share my life with you so openly and our laughs our wonderful laughs.
We just got eachother ☺️🥰

You were my No1 fan and the 1 person I truly admired more than anything or anyone.

Thank You for choosing to have me after battling cancer at the tender age of 37. I'm so grateful I got to do life by your side and I'm so sorry it came back.

Your determination to live and live fully shon through every second, even when life threw so much illness and poor health your way.

I wish that everybody could experience a love like ours.

I have so much to write about you and believe me I WILL...

But for now I just want to say Thank You for being my greatest love and greatest teacher. Thank You to my incredible Dad for looking after you so well and cherishing you daily. You had a hero by your side and you knew it ❤️

Me, Dad, Jessica and your incredible granddaughter Alexia miss you terribly as well as all of your extended family and friends.

How do we do life without you?

A QUICK HELLO -

Hi Yogis, some of you will know that I’ve taken the last few days off visiting my parents in Spain.As such I unfortunately don't have a content filled email for you this time, instead just a hope that you are well, and an encouragement to come and join me on the mat tonight at 6:20pm BST online.

I had to take a bit of time off work 8 weeks ago and I managed to get away for a well deserved break ☀️🌼

By week 3 off work, I remember thinking that a previous me in my old career would of said to myself
"I can't take any time off sick"

The thought that I used to push through and work when sick is now mind blowing 🤯

We're here for a good time, not a long time and need to make sure that we show up for ourselves first 🌙

Make sure you fill up your own cup first ✨☕

Yoga has taught me endless amounts about myself and life.
I'm so grateful 💞
