Tuesday evenings 6.00pm-7.00pm at Buntingford Library

a gentle body conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength and muscular endurance. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving co-ordination and balance

* Practising Stretch and Tone can improve core strength. Bone mass and pelvic floor control.
* You can meet new people in a friendly environment.

Practitioners are fully qualified and experienced. Small weights, Pilates ball, and resistance bands will be used to enhance exercises.

The class is run by qualified, experienced and professional practitioners.

It's a gentle Stretch class, focusing on core engagement, strengthening pelvic floor, muscular strength, improving flexibility and balance. The exercises are a mix of Pilates, Yoga, and gentle exercises. The emphasis is on breathing with controlled movements.

A mindful approach to exercise, easier on joints with many benefits.
