Just a little clip of what Lauren gets up to in her 1-on-1 . She always puts in the work and pushes herself to get better. This year I want to focus on lots of mobility work to help Lauren with her kicks.

Such a mixed bag of emotions today. It was our 1st grading without our beloved Sifu. Amazing work from all the students today. All the hard work paid off, and I can't wait to help you in the next chapter of your training.
And now I start my next chapter alongside my brothers as a sifu! I know we all make our Sifu proud every day with the commitment and hard work we put into our lessons.
