Busy weekend at Nuffield Health Bishops Stortford for me. Launching 4 of the new LES MILLS releases... Body Pump, Body Attack, Les Mills Core and Body Balance. Been working my socks off learning new choreography, but so worth it! Can't wait to share with my members. You can't beat group exercise, it's just the best!! X######x

Always very humbling and heartwarming to receive positive feedback on your teaching. As an Instructor, you are there to guide, encourage and inspire your participants and make your classes welcoming and inclusive. This made my day!! Thank you!! I teach at Mondays 5pm and 6:30, Tuesdays 8pm, Fridays 5pm and 6:30pm and Saturdays 12pm if you want to come and join me. X######

I was honoured to lead first private event for . It was their first event and it Sold Out!! The energy and sense of community was beautiful to be a part of, and I really enjoyed guiding the group through our signature Hotpod Flow. Thank You!! X###x

April is Stress Awareness Month, and have invited me to lead some Restorative Yoga classes. A beautiful style of Yoga practice that allows your body to rest and release and reset your nervous system. Last night's class was lovely. Looking forward to Monday to share again. X###x
