New Tai Chi classes for beginners start on 24 June 2026. Please get in touch for booking details or if you have any questions. Classes run on most Wednesday afternoons, 14:00 to 15:00, and the next set of 10 classes cost only £75.

Discover Tai Chi at this 10-week course in Bishop’s Castle aimed at beginners, starting on 10 September. If you’re over 18, you’re invited to come along to discover how these gentle exercises can help you in your life today, every Wednesday 14:00 to 15:00* at the Church Barn in Bishop’s Castle.
The gentle, flowing circularity of Tai Chi allows you to take a break from our modern, hi-tech, always-on world. If you’re stressed or tense, if you want to feel better in yourself, if you want to enhance your physical and mental wellbeing, then these classes could be for you.
