Tonight marks the start of our 4-week hill repeat block 🏃‍♀️⛰️

Hill repeats are a fantastic way to build strength, improve running efficiency, increase speed, and boost endurance. They're one of the best sessions you can do to become a stronger, more confident runner.

While you don’t have to commit to the full block and can dip in and out to suit your schedule, we’d encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible. Completing the full 4 weeks will allow you to track your progress, build consistently, and get the most benefit from the training. 💪🏻

⭐️ Happy Sunday everyone ⭐️

So after this week, our evening classes are having a bit of a shake up.

Starting on Monday 8th June at 6pm, we launch RunStrong. This class will be running focused, with 4 week blocks. This could be anything from group runs, hill sessions and tailored running specific strength classes 🙌🏻.

This is aimed at all you runners looking to get fitter and stronger.

We do ask that you are currently capable of running 5k inside 40 minutes.

The first 4 weeks will be targeting hip and glute strength, followed by easy pace running to build up your endurance base.

Booking for this will go live tomorrow morning!

The Hunger Gains will move to Tuesday, 6.30pm - 7.30pm.

We have our new Stretch and Mobility class every other Wednesday, along with HYROX TRAINING CLUB.

All other classes will remain the same 🙌🏻.

Unbelievably it’s coming up to our 2 year anniversary and we couldn’t be prouder of our community ♥️ Let’s continue to build and get stronger, together 🫶🏻.

In light of our commitment to everyone's safety, we may need to consider the cancellation of Monkfit this evening. The current temperature stands at 34 degrees, which presents certain risks that are heightened during physical exertion. We will make a final decision by 3:30 PM.

Neil is a highly experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer, HYROX coach, Level 4 Strength and Conditioning instructor, and also has a qualification in Kettlebells.

With a strong focus on performance, conditioning, and functional fitness, he’s passionate about helping clients push their limits and get real results, whether that’s building strength, improving endurance, or preparing for events like HYROX 🙌🏻

When he’s not coaching on the gym floor, Neil is a proud Dad, works as a Subaru Specialist, and competes as a HYROX athlete himself, so he truly understands the dedication and mindset it takes to perform at your best.
