Tonight marks the start of our 4-week hill repeat block 🏃♀️⛰️
Hill repeats are a fantastic way to build strength, improve running efficiency, increase speed, and boost endurance. They're one of the best sessions you can do to become a stronger, more confident runner.
While you don’t have to commit to the full block and can dip in and out to suit your schedule, we’d encourage you to attend as many sessions as possible. Completing the full 4 weeks will allow you to track your progress, build consistently, and get the most benefit from the training. 💪🏻
