Established over 120 years ago, Bishops Castle Town FC are a grassroots community club, currently playing in the Montgomeryshire Football League. Bishops Castle Town FC were in the Montgomeryshire Football League for 25 years before making the jump to the Mercian League six years ago, to try and progres

With travelling to games becoming a problem, and more and more players becoming unavailable, Bishops Castle Town FC took the decision to apply to play back in the Montgomeryshire Football League, which after brief resistance, Bishops Castle Town FC were able to do. Bishops Castle Town FC are extremely proud to have number of junior teams for up and coming footballers to develop. The senior side and junior sides work closely together to ensure the club maintains it's development of the younger generations to come.

Well after their mystery tour to Sheffield we had a little different end of season for the men's team they joined our juniors at the fun day.
A big thank you to the legend Greg Wainwright for being at the helm of the team with a little help off Jimmy.
A big thank you to Henry Hunter team at The Castle Hotel for laundry services also Mandy Green, Shaylee Longman and the rest of the team at The Six Bells for your hospitality.

What a weekend our U13' had last weekend on the Saturday the lifted the shield as winners of their league on Sunday they attended the clubs end of seasons fun day and picked trophies up. Last weekend we had our end of season funday and our U6's received their medals. This group have been incredible and a big thank you to their coaches Josh and Paul (who escaped our photos) you are legends.
