Training times are every Monday:

Dragons (3 & 4 yrs) & Rainbows (5 to 8yrs) : 4pm to 5pm
Juniors (8 to 16yrs) & Adults : 4pm to 5pm
Family class (All ages & grades) : 4pm to 5pm

Not All Taekwon-do Clubs are the same.
