Client progress👏🏻
laura has been coming to the gym for 8 weeks and we have been working closely on her eating and exercising, she had the goal to lose weight and in 4 weeks she managed to lose half a stone! now 8 weeks in she is 0.7stone down🙌🏻
Laura says that the calorie deficit is sustainable and she is seeing a difference in her lifestyle, posture and motivation for daily tasks. We aren’t cutting out meals or cutting out carbs fully, we are making it maintainable and enjoyable!
