Established over 14 years ago, Grants has moved on from its small humble beginnings as a small bodybuilding gym and continues to develop and grow to new heights. We open early and close late so you can always be sure you can fit in a workout and if you're looking for help or advice we have literally decades of combined experience; we're confident we can answer any of your questions and if we can't

we will sure as hell find the answer for you. We have gyms in Bishop Auckland and Darlington and soon we're opening our new Protein bar and supplement shop in Catterick Garrison.
