Provisional lists have gone out to coaches now, any changes will be made and final lists will go out on Saturday night when I’m back from the show.
Much quieter interclub this time round so please could everyone be prompt and ready for their bouts and we will be done at a reasonable time.
This is a CASH ONLY event so card or bank transfers will not be available please bring cash!
We will have refreshments available all day and we hope everyone has a great day 🥊🦍💙

Remember Junior Thai Sparring is 9am tomorrow and that’s the only class on in the gym tomorrow all other classes not on tomorrow due to gym being set up for Interclub Sunday🥊🦍💙

The only changes to this weeks timetable will be No classes on Bank Holiday Monday and Friday 10th April, no night time classes will be on. Junior Muay Thai sparring will be 9-10am then no other classes Friday.
Tuesday to Thursday classes are all on as normal as per the timetable. Stay in the gym and stay ready 🥊🦍💙

You will only have until tomorrow to send over your names to me, please make sure you do and support your home Interclub. If everyone can start getting there lists in for our Interclub! Always a great day with good, fair matches and no egos just everyone enjoying the experience!

Brilliant night at the boxing again!
Jimmy up first defending his belt against a dangerous opponent but stuck to everything Matty said and got him out of there with his trademark body shots in round two! Perfect performance. Buzzing for him!
Next was Finley, he just couldn’t get into his usual rhythm last night against a very good lad. He will be back in a few weeks and back to himself.
Leo was up next in a skills bout against a great young lad, really good experience for Leo he was absolutely class. His first outing for SBG and he’s got a very bright future
Last of the night was Kyle in his first fight for Jimmy and SBG, what a performance from him! He had to stay focused against a much heavier dangerous opponent but Kyle listened really well to what his coaches said to him and delivered a pretty much punch perfect performance to make him 8-0!
This boxing team are flying and going from strength to strength, well done lads 🥊🦍💙
