Great work from my boy

I started working with Harry back in May, at first he wanted to get some ideas for training legs however I quickly realised I could get this guy into top shape so we began a fat loss
phase in July in prep for his holiday in September.

A simple 4 day training spilt which included a leg session with myself once a week. Followed by nutrition targets met on a daily basis plus extra output when needed for cardio and Daily Steps.

Seriously can’t tell you how much you can fly if you just tick the simple boxes. Harry pulled off around 9kg in 10 weeks.

✅Training
✅Nutrition tracking
✅Daily Steps
✅Cardio completed
✅Metrics tracked regularly

But the biggest thing was consistency 💪

A nice little re body comp for Kyle here. We first took him into a dieting phase for around 8 weeks then reverse dieted out of this, paying good attention to condition whilst slowly adding calories into his food plans. We made sure that with the extra calories, Kyle was also training with the correct intensity and accuracy.

✅ More muscle
✅ Reduced body fat
✅ Better body composition
✅ More confidence
✅ Better understanding of training/nutrition
✅ Enjoyment in training again

I don’t have enough time?

Sound familiar?

Well this what me a Teddy think of that 🥱😛

This is something I hear and see a lot,
1. I can’t do my steps I don’t have enough time
2. I can’t stick to my calories I don’t have enough time
3. I can’t train I don’t have enough time
4. I don’t have time to prep my meals

But what you need to ask yourself is why don’t you have enough time OR…is this just an excuse?

I reckon the majority of people reading this post now are sitting down watching tv (while scrolling through Instagram!)…Well guess what - there’s your time.

Here’s some tips on how you can make time for fitness in your schedule:

1. Write To-Do lists
2. Meal prep for the week
3. Get up a little earlier
4. Schedule your workouts
5.Master your mindset

Allow me to introduce myself

Hi I’m Josh, I’m 34 years old 🙋‍♂️

I run a 1-1 Personal Training and Online Coaching business called Josh Baldwin Fitness 💪

I’m a proud Dad to my amazing son, have a wonderful supportive partner and have two smelly dogs 👨‍👩‍👦🐶

I’m a big Tottenham fan and go and watch them every week with my Dad

I have been in the fitness industry for 14 years
and my aim is to help as many people as I can reach their goals. I achieve this by doing the following:
1️⃣ Identify the ultimate goal
2️⃣ Set realistic targets to work towards
3️⃣ Ensure understanding of the basics of nutrition
4️⃣ Implement a unique training plan that is tailored to the individual
5️⃣ Create a motivational and positive environment to ensure the process is enjoyable
