HAPPY BIRTHDAY Body Rock Fitness, on this day 12 years ago I taught my first ever class at Kibblesworth. As there were so many of you we ended up training outside on the field as the hall wasn’t big enough.
Some of you are still training with me today 🥰

I’ve been on the fitness industry for almost 13 years now, it’s always been a very toxic industry but I’ve never witnessed anything as bad as I have today. People should work together and offer the community a community place to train, classes to make them feel energised and motivated 😢
I have lots of amazing local fitness instructors on my Facebook and we all support each other, we shouldn’t be tearing each other down or getting petty!
