My name is Geoff Roberts and I am a qualified CIRF (coach in running fitness) with lots of experience running and coaching those at all ability levels. For example leading couch to 5KM programmes (beginner running level), cross country primary school children as well as high quality runners from 5km miles to marathon’s. I know what it takes to develop runners off all abilities. As coach of a high

performing running club I have lead the team to many successes. My experiences of being an ex-soldier in the parachute regiment also means I know how to get the best out of my clients to help them reach their Horizons. Whatever your fitness level please contact me to see what I can offer you to help you reach your goals. Coming soon from Tuesday 01st November is the New Horizons Leicester, running/fitness training. Prices range from £3-5 per session (group environment) to £45 for personalised running plans including group sessions.
