Whilst it’s been such a successful week so far with the classes being back on in the gyms the atmosphere has increased the vibe in the gym is up there with the best it’s been since I became a PT.

It was only right that Cofit Camp returned for the summer.

We all have our preferences on whether we enjoy the 1-1 face to face factor of coaching or the group training which also increases the social aspect and surrounding yourself with like minded individuals.

The main focus is developing your knowledge to be able to maintain a healthier lifestyle long term and not focused on immediate changes which then ruin relationships with training and nutrition.

We have had a whole year to reflect on ourselves, our business, our plans going forward.

Believe me there’s been highs and lows, questioning if I’m good enough doing what I’m doing compared to doing something that I love to do.

This is me sharing my reflection and tearing off the past layers and showing batteries fully charged to get my business where I believe it’s capable of getting too.

🚀 Educate In 8 🚀

recent results following the Educate in 8 Program.

Results speak for themselves and I’ve got to take my hat off to her on what she has achieved so far after how hesitant and anxious she was about fitness, mentally and lacking in confidence physically.

I’m not gonna go on as the pictures say it all.
