Hi guys 👋

I hope your all doing well during this difficult time.

I have spent the last few days sorting out a platform in which I can do some Tapfit sessions and keep motivated (mentally & physically)

So tomorrow evening 7-7:30pm I’m going to have a go at running my first online session 🙂 if you would like to join us then drop me a message and I’ll send you over the details you need (I’ll be using an app called zoom)

With what is happening in the world at present, I like so many others are having to shut our doors 😞
But I am currently playing around with an app that you can then take part in the class in your very own home! (Obv without the feet beats, but will keep you active)
