✨ Mondays with Miss Annette ✨

We’re excited to introduce two fortnightly classes at the Nicholson School of Dance studios this September:

🩰 Pre-Vocational Training | Ages 7–10

Mondays • 5.15–6.45pm • Fortnightly

Starting 14th September

A new pre-vocational class designed to support young dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level.

Please contact us to discuss suitability for the programme.

🩰 Intermediate Class | Ages 10+

Mondays • 5.00–6.30pm • Fortnightly

An intermediate-level class for dancers aged 10+ looking to develop and challenge their technique.

Please get in touch for more information and to discuss which class may be right for you.

With temperatures rising again, please remember to keep cool and stay hydrated - it’s hot out there!💧

However, there is a silver lining to the summer warmth! Warmer muscles can be more receptive to stretching, making this a wonderful time to work on flexibility and deepening your range of movement. 🩰

Take your time and always listen to your body! 🌞

🩰 Dreaming of dancing en pointe?

Our new Teens Pointe class starts in September 2026!

✨ Tuesdays | 5:30 – 6:30pm

✨ Ages 12+

This class is perfect for dancers with a strong ballet foundation who are ready to take the next step. Classes will focus on building strength and confidence through targeted exercises, barre work and progressive pointe training.
