⚠️ Important Update: Platform for Football.

We are aware of a national issue affecting Platform for Football, where some payments are not being marked as paid. This has resulted in duplicate payments and may impact services including affiliation, discipline, refereeing, registrations, and County Cups.

The FA’s IT team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we expect this to be fixed by the end of this week. Refunds are being processed where possible, although some may take longer than usual due to ongoing system issues. Once the issue has been resolved, all outstanding refunds will be processed and any associated late fees corrected.
