We promote the view that martial arts isn't only about learning how to whoop somebody's ass, but also about self-defence, pushing your own physical and mental boundaries, building self-confidence and awareness. Even if you don't feel like this is 'your thing' you will definitely have fun with us, especially with our coach Dave who will make you laugh as much as workout! Price list:
