Here's our Principal and owner performing 'So Much Better' from Legally Blonde the musical the other week at Christ Church in Coalville!

We absolutely love having staff performing alongside students. Supporting them and keeping their own skills sharp at the same time 💜✨️

She teaches our Musical Theatre and Drama classes alongside our wonderful volunteers!

We are a welcoming, inclusive theatre group where every student is encouraged to be themselves and grow in confidence. Founded by a locally raised young woman who is proudly neurodivergent, our academy is built on celebrating individuality and creating a safe, supportive environment.

Through theatre, we focus on personal development, creativity, and confidence-building. Students have the opportunity to perform at local events in a relaxed, low-pressure setting, with participation always optional.

Our highly trained teachers are enhanced DBS checked and committed to supporting every student with care and understanding.

We offer a free taster session for all new students, along with flexible accommodations for those who need them.

Happy Bank Holiday!
More importantly... happy May 4th to my fellow Star Wars fans ✨️

Classes will be running as usual this week!

I will be stuck to a chair/wheelchair due to my stitches but we have lots to do and seeing everyone will bring back my smile 🥰

We had a great time performing at Christ Church in Coalville earlier today!

Just over a week until our next performance! Bringing back some old routines as well as some newer ones. Students and staff are working hard and looking forward to being back at Christ Church🎭 ✨️

We are the true owners of Smiles Theatre Academy. We do all of the work and teach aaaaallllll of the lessons!

We are the brains of the entire operation and our mum is just the face 😼 We thought today would be the day of our big reveal, as we have some exciting things coming up and we want all of the credit 😹
