Movement can lift our mood, boost energy, improve mobility, reduce stress, and help us feel more connected to ourselves and others.

The good news? You don’t need to be a dancer to enjoy the benefits.

Join us this Thursday for Move & Groove Seated Dance – a fun, friendly session where we move to music, share a few laughs, and enjoy all the wellbeing benefits that gentle movement can bring.

There are only 3 sessions left this month, so now is the perfect time to come along and give it a try.

Having fun doesn’t have an age limit. No matter how many birthdays you’ve had, you still deserve moments of laughter, movement, and joy. Life is better when you let yourself be a bit playful, try new things, and enjoy the moment. We had a lovely first seated dance session today 💃🪑
Gentle movement can make such a difference to both physical and mental wellbeing, and it’s also a nice way to connect with others and build confidence.

On 14th May we are launching a new project supported by SCVO Vision 2030.

We will be offering seated dance classes for older adults and people with limited abilities.

Come and join us to move to music in a friendly, welcoming space led by a qualified seated dance and exercise leader.

It’s free, fun, and no booking is required, just turn up and take part! 🎶
