It is with nothing but love and respect that we would like to announce that we will be continuing our volleyball journeys separately as of next season. We have had the most incredible 7 years together, achieving things never achieved before and against all the odds. Our mutual drive, will to succeed, and willingness to make big sacrifices got us to where we are today and we couldn’t be more proud of the journey we have been on together. We couldn’t have done it without each other and wouldn’t have wanted to do it with anyone else!

We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our friends, families, colleagues, supporters and sponsors that have been a part of our journey. There is no way we could have done it without you all and we appreciate it more than you would ever know!

But for now this is the final sign off! Team Palmer Grimson x

Where do we even start!! What started off as an another volleyball adventure, ended up as a trip we will never forget!

From the beautiful country, amazing friendly people, big crowds to finishing on the podium and taking our first ever FIVB World Tour medal.

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone that has been involved with us on this seven year journey to our ultimate goal of a medal. We couldn't have done it without the love and support of our friends, family, team and volleyball family.

We have had an amazing few days here in Rubavu! Tomorrow we take on Netherlands in the semi finals and we had a great session with these fun ladies from Team Kenya as our final prep.

Semis may be streamed on the FIVB YouTube channel. Our boys play at 7:30 UK time and we play at 9:20 UK time.

Diving into a new week by getting straight onto another plane. We will have done four countries in four weeks! ✈️🌍

We took another top 10 finish out in Belgium and are really happy with the form we are starting to find. Hoping we can take it into our next World Tour event and finish the season strong!

Rwanda here we come!

Main draw baby!! 💪 Feeling very proud of ourselves today and the way we battled in some tough conditions.
We executed our game plan well this morning, taking a 2-0 win over the Dutch. We then drew Portugal where we started slowly but managed to scrap our way to a lead and finished off strong in the third set.
Main draw starts tomorrow and we have Belgium up first, centre court at 11am local time. Time for some food and a good sleep and then we go again.

We took a big 2-0 win this morning against Netherlands. We take on Portugal next at 2:50pm local time (1:50pm bst).

What a morning! Official announcement today, Beach Volleyball alongside T20 Cricket and Para table tennis will be in the 2022 Commonwealth Games! 🏐🏏🏓

It was an honour to be a part of Team England today for the media morning and announcement for Birmingham 2022. This is a huge step forward for Beach Volleyball in England and a historic investment for women's sport.

Birmingham will not only make history for being the first ever major multi sport event to feature more women's medal events than men! But it will also host the biggest ever Para sports programme at a CWG.

An exciting few years ahead. Bring it on.

We are always reminded wherever we go about how lucky we are to travel the world, experience some amazing countries and be around awesome people. Switzerland was no exception.

Missing home whilst you're away is always a downfall of travelling. However, a huge shout out to these guys for welcoming us with open arms into their family for the week and help make our trip an unforgettable one!

Coming away from Vaduz with a 9th place. Not quite the way we wanted to finish but we fought hard and are starting to find some form.

We are hoping to carry this over to out next World Tour event in Belgium. For now we head home for two days before the next adventure begins!
