After becoming fit x men’s masters physique British champion and gaining my pro card plus finishing 2nd at the euro masters in November 2024. It was decided by myself and my coach Brett Smith that I would take the year out and do off season training to bulk up and gain more size. Now after a great 14 months off season training I’m back in preparation for my first show which is just over 10 weeks away. Stepping back on stage on the 31st May is going to be great. It will be 18 months since I step on stage. So excited to see the new version of myself. Training hard, been pushed beyond my limits by my coach. Always staying focused and humble. I love this sport
