Hi all

Finally pleased to announce Gym will be back open on Monday 27th November 2023.

It really has been a frustrating time for us also and we really thank you for your patience.

In that time we have added some new kit, which is great… and also have some more exciting kit to be added soon.

We are awaiting a further update from the structural engineer on the assessment of the gym floor and will let you know as soon as we hear further.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the gym will be closed until further notice.

Our community programme in the Dance Studio and Sports-Hall remain unaffected and will continue as normal.

Effective from Monday 17th April, pleased to confirm the sports-hall and dance studio will be re-opening.

We will also be returning back to our normal hours which are as follows:

Monday - 1-9pm
Tuesday - 1-9pm
Wednesday - 1-9pm
Thursday - 1-9pm
Friday - 1-8pm
Saturday- 9-2
Sunday - 9-2

Hi all

Delighted to confirm we will be reopening our doors on Monday 12 April, and can’t wait to see you all!

I must admit in the 30 years I have been in this industry, these have been the most frustrating personally, in not being able to help deliver the one thing I am truly passionate about - health and well being. Sincerely looking forward to getting back to doing what I love!

Hours are slightly revised as before (but will be reviewed and go back to normal on May 17th when we expect (fingers crossed) the dance studio and sports-hall will reopen.

Monday - Thursday 1-8pm
Friday - 1-7pm
Saturday- 9am -12:00
Sunday 10:00am -2:00pm

Restrictions and covid-guidelines will be adhered to and applied as before.

Catch up next week (just don’t mention the Albion)

Unfortunately, as you will know following the recent goverment announcement, we have been forced to shut the Gym, Dance Studio and Sports Hall.

Lets hope for some normality moving in to the New Year.
