We back!!! Monday 17th, Kaizen Centre is fully open! (All necessary Covid restrictions in place) Classes can start, places will be limited and new protocols will be in place to keep everyone safe. etc etc... Were very excited to see you all back on the mat! Zoom sessions will be streamed live for those wanting to remain in their home environment, all good!!!
