When we get bad news what do we do smash pbs💪🏽
This whole week I've sin ppl smash all there pbs and goals we don't stop here we keep going and pushing for more💪🏽💪🏽yes we all know the gyms are closing but we have to ask are self are we going to let ourselves slip back in to the state we was in lockdown 1.0 the answer is NO.
We motivate ourselves to do better each day and where not stop here so get your motivation caps on and sip that energy drink and lets get to work💪🏽💪🏽
BTW I smashed my deadlift record 200kg 😁😁🕺🏿🕺🏿

So today I went to a deadlift party 🎉🕺🏾🕺🏾and came out with a new pb😊 everyday trying to improve my strength and technique.
♦️Body weight:74kg
♦️Deadlift:190kg
