We could do a class in January where we wear crazy colour combinations …to raise our spirits! What do you think? 😂

Have you heard of dopamine dressing? It is a trend that is linked to wearing colourful clothing to improve mood and well-being. The way we dress can have a big impact on our mood & can help to lift our spirits. Our confidence can be boosted when we wear colours that we love and feel good in.
Why not pop on your most colourful outfit and see if it can alter your mood. 😊

I am now taking bookings for FABS Classes at Con Club on 18 May and St P on 20 May.

I have restarted the weekly free Zoom FABS class on Thursdays at 10.30am until around 11.30 am until further notice.

I’d love you to join me if you can. If you are in touch with anyone else who I haven’t managed to contact then I’d be very grateful if you could give them this info. Your friends and family are very welcome to join in too.

You’ll need a sturdy chair plus weights/ tins / filled bottles and a baton of some description. Bring your dusters or pompoms along too!
