Whether you’re finding the dark, cold nights a struggle, harbouring an injury from getting carried away or just want to work on your posture and core strength then join me on Zoom for Pilates.

Using everyday home ‘equipment’ like tins of beans, a chair, belt and even loo rolls! The classes are dynamic and effective.

Mixed ability

Classes start from £3

Monday 10-11am
Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm
Thursday 10-11am
Thursday 5:30-6:30pm
