🥳🎉We want to say a huge well done to all of the preschool gymnasts who will be moving up into the general gymnastics classes. This will be super exciting and they will now be taking their classes independently from their parents this coming September which is a SUPER EXCITING new chapter!

🤸🏼‍♂️🎊Well done all gymnasts, we’ve loved watching you all grow in not only ability but confidence. It’s been a pleasure watching shine and there have been so many contagious smiles shared around 😄.

💙🤍❤️We also would like to mention the parents because we couldn’t have done it without you! You’re all AMAZING and these children are very lucky to have you😉

It’s extremely cool to be able to pull off a backflip and show skills to friends. However, the sport gives you so much more than street cred 😉

Gymnastics develops a baseline toolkit which carries over to so many other areas. The benefits you acquire are super expansive and this goes beyond just better strength and flexibility. 💪

However, the sport also comes with its own set of challenges, and it’s definitely not an easy journey. As said “Nothing will work unless you do”. definitely involves a lot of hard work and so progression sometimes comes slow. But, as long as you’ve got good coaches and your friends by your side, the journey is where you gain the most🤍 and that is where you learn to shine.

At Birmingham Gymnastics Academy our aim is to bring all of this to you, all whilst coaching the sport in a fun, caring and enjoyable environment.
