Let’s deep dive into waves, undulations, rolls and sensual transitions!

We’ll be adding all kinds of waves to spice up your shapes, and explore how to create movement that ripples from head to toe, reverse waves that travel through the entire body, and seamless pathways between shapes that transform your freestyling from a collection of movements into a captivating dance.

Expect technique, drills, exploration, expression and just the right amount of filth 💦

saloon and watch this rodeo unravel with a barrel of beer. Think rugged cowboys meet fearless cowgirls, lawless outlaws meet sharp-shooting sheriffs! From steampunk industrial railroads to bluegrass hoedowns, this rodeo ride takes us all the way from the dusty desert trails to glittery Gold Rush.

Starting this week!! 🥳🥳🥳

Heels Tricks and Technique with at our city centre studio!

Tricks & Technique class will look at building 3 or 4 awesome heels flow combos. using many of the magical and mesmerising tricks and transitions you see in your heels choreography routines! 💕

We will include a variety of basework, floor work and standing elements as well as a mixture of both hard style, dynamic tricks and hypnotic slinky transitions. 👠

Learn how to make your low flow transitions smooth and effortless, your free floor work elegant and powerful and your kips or drops safe and impressive!! 🌶

In the class we will focus on a detailed breakdown of all the technical skills needed to perfect form and ex*****on to make your heels work beautifully exquisite! The devil is in the detail with the heels dance so we will take a look at how to add a little finesse to our movement and flow 🥰💚
