Planted, convicted & completely vision driven. No room for anything but ex*****on everyday. There’s one world, the one YOU live in. Focus on that. The 1% will always be the 1%. One of my biggest gifts is the ability to deliver in my own lane & unveil everything my imagination created.

Today we created the home of the most highly skilled, well trained, competent & professional Network Marketing business builders in the world. A system & academy no one else has anywhere else but here; under our roof.

Thinking in days, weeks & months isn’t where history is created. We’re planning, preparing & laying the path for the next couple of decades. Developing people, pioneering the new generation of the industry & taking it where’s it never gone before.

We’re making a statement & still finalising so much behind the scenes it’s actually insane.

Few days till we raise the bar again, oh yeah I just celebrated completing 4 years in the industry 🎉, still very early days, scoreboard building beautifully testament to who mentors me everyday & we’re the fastest growing team in the second company in a row. A microwave mentality will take you out the game, it will definitely eliminate you from any performance based journey if you don’t fix it. You’ll jump from one thing, to the next thing, to the next & pretty much be in the same position as when you started. Seen it thousands of times. You don’t see 99% of what it takes to really win in any industry here on socials. I believe one of the biggest, if not thee biggest, problem in the world today is people thinking they should be somewhere in their journey of success that they are just not yet. And ultimately don’t deserve to be just yet & aren’t good enough just yet either, which their results are actually telling them. And there’s nothing wrong with that! Anything really worth building takes really losing at it too. Everyone will be with you when you’re winning but not everyone will be with you when you’re losing. It’s life & that’s leadership, get used to it!

You’ll never really reap the true rewards of a residual income, legacy type money, if you can’t focus on one thing for at least 5 years. That’s with consistency, everyday. Not just being busy, actually refining your craft & getting GREAT! The money, the tangible results will FIND YOU if you can just dedicate yourself to becoming a master in a particular area or profession.

I’m really enjoying this build, the team have phenomenal work ethic & most importantly such a great attitude towards what it is we are creating. I respect that more than results to be honest because a great attitude is definitely where the foundation is built for long term success. This is a shout to the phenomenal leaders I’m getting the chance to work with on a daily basis, we’re have real impact & changing a lot of lives! The best days are ahead of us, let’s keep being the No.1 team & showing up for the world each day ❤️

Focus is what separates the person who’s busy from the person who’s building. Since launch on May 30 it’s been 60 days of pure relentless Network Marketing fundamentals, every single day from waking till early hours; launching new leaders, building out from a list, meeting after meeting & new member after new member. There’s nothing new over here, once you know what works & you’ve done it, you don’t need new.

The difference isn’t the opportunity in your hands, it for sure helps for confidence & morale, but after all it’s your ability to discipline yourself to do the work in one direction for long enough for the market to determine you’re valuable enough to get paid for it! You don’t need another plan, you need to execute the one you already made. Success isn’t new, stop looking for new & start being able to repeat a process daily you’ve been given by someone who has achieved what you want to. Do you actually listen to the person you call a mentor? Or is it a 2026 gimmick that looks good on socials?

The biggest opportunity really lies in you; your work ethic, your ability to be solid in the craft you chose, what you see ahead that excites you & overall being a true professional for long enough for any form of result to break the surface. Often it’s just being able to string 60/90 days of work together that actually changes your life forever, the question is can you put together them days?

99% of people reading this have never done that, that’s not negative just the numbers, but you do get a chance to decide from here if you will go ahead & join the 1%.

People ask, why ELYT? You guys left 7 figures on the table to launch ELYT, that’s confident. Really confident, most wouldn’t do that. You’re right most wouldn’t!

Our goals & vision in this industry also aren’t most people. And when we see better & have the complete landscape of what’s happening on a macro perspective in the industry we just can’t ignore that. We have to be able to see a complete vision for the next 5/10years+ that our team can genuinely get to where they want to be WITHOUT question. If that vision becomes blurry, our checks do not matter & yes it can mean uncomfort & unknown too, but our accomplishments are a reflection of the achievements of our leaders & teams. Period.

This carousel of leadership is why; people join people in the industry of Network Marketing. Of course the products/ services, pay plan have to make sense & we’ve just gone made it very difficult for leaders, not only in the travel space, to keep their eyes off how much we’re giving from a customer perspective & how aggressive the pay plan is. It’s why the next 12 months ELYT will gain more & more speed.

ELYT is just better logically than anything else from a complete Network Marketing perspective that the industry has to offer right now, especially with what we’ve just launched. It just is, no one I’ve personally spoke to has had any other view on that.

The proven global results, years of success in the industry & network marketing competence on this carousel post alone is enough to shake up the entire space in a big way. We’re 4 weeks into officially launching with everything exactly as we want it & any leader reading this with depth of vision will understand what the timing of this can mean their & their teams future. Most people join companies too late, it’s just the truth. The run you’ve been praying for is recognising what it looks like when it’s appeared in your life, GOOOOO SEASON 🚀

True builders of business, sport or in any personal development based environment thrive in the foundations; they’re sharpest when there’s something to solve, they’re stimulated by the chance to create what they’ve envisioned & most obsessed when they don’t know what it’s going to take. That’s the real thrill, I’ve learned, not knowing. I pray to never leave this place, it gives in me more fulfilment, satisfaction & feeds my spirit more than ANYTHING else. Since 11 years of age, nothing has distracted me from the game of becoming the best.

A winner/ leader that really thrives off the core purpose of why they do what they do over anything they can receive or gain, they’ll reshape the present & future. They’ll determine the way an industry shifts, the culture that is created & influence how success looks in that space.

Without the lights, without the applause, without the recognition, without the screens & without cameras is where 99% of the work required to really become that person is completed. Just you & you in private doing what has to be done before anyone sees anything in the spotlight.
