What is optimal bulking?
Don’t fall for the Instagram trap and think you have to stay super lean all around. That does not work for everyone.
Judge it by performance, not by the scales. It’s going to take time don’t rush it.
Judging the amount of calories, it takes to gain the most amount of muscle and getting unnecessarily heavy is a very fine line. You will have to experiment a bit.
It’s fine to get it wrong just try to catch it early.
