We have taught thousands of children over 3 decades in our local area.

What’s amazing is when those students grow up, we then get to teach their children so we get to see the generational impact Martial Arts has - it’s one of the most fulfilling aspects to our job.

Introducing such great skill sets to a child from a young age is literally giving them a step up the ladder & it’s one of our greatest pleasures to witness.

This class is excellent for developing power, balance and co-ordination.

It gives students a strong foundation for awareness and self-defence.

Our classes in Karate will teach discipline.

Martial Arts is more than kicking & punching….

We have beginner classes for all age groups;

Sat 3pm – Little Ninja 4 – 7 yrs
Fri 6pm – Junior Karate 8 – 15yrs
Fri 7pm- Junior Kickboxing – 8 – 15 yrs
Mon & Wed 8.15pm – Adult Karate
Tues & Thurs 8.15pm – Adult Kickboxing
