What does Move it or Lose it mean to you? ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’š
For some people, itโ€™s the class that helped them feel more confident on their feet.
For others, itโ€™s where they discovered exercise could be fun, friendly and something to look forward to โ€” not something to dread.
It might be the friendships made over the years, the laughter shared in class, the instructor who knows just how to adapt each move, or the feeling of getting stronger and more independent week by week.

Jacquiโ€™s Move it or Lose it classes are designed especially for older adults, with exercises to support flexibility, aerobic fitness, balance and strength. Everything can be adapted, so you can join in at a level that feels right for you.

A regular in Yvonneโ€™s class in Harborne, Birmingham, Cyril is not only committed to keeping active, but also known for keeping everyone on their toesโ€ฆ especially Yvonne, who he loves to play up for!

New Strength & Balance Circuits class in Derby!
A big congratulations to our wonderful instructor Ruth, who has just celebrated three years of running Move it or Lose it classes in Derby ๐ŸŽ‰
To mark the occasion, Ruth shared Cuppa Routine printouts with her class members โ€” along with a teabag and biscuits, of course! A perfect reminder that building more movement into your day can start with something as simple as the kettle boiling.
And now Ruth is launching a new Strength & Balance Circuits class in Mickleover.
This fresh, fun format uses activity stations to help you build strength, improve balance and support heart health โ€” all in the welcoming, friendly Move it or Lose it style you know and love.
