Putting together this week's wrap up while watching the wonderful Alicia Domenica teach today's workshop (reel coming soon) and getting huge FOMO (injured - bleugh - but can't wait to train some of her signature tricks and transitions soon!).

9. And finally, a huge shout-out to our queen Hannah who is back home and training just 8 weeks after giving birth to her beautiful baby girl. So proud of you!!

From 1st October, we're renaming some of our pole classes so that our levels are consistent across our studios and easy for everyone to understand. This doesn't change ANYTHING for our existing students - you'll still go to the same classes at the same times!

For example: If you usually go to Beginner 2 Pole on a Monday with Kim in Wolves - you'll now book the same time slot but it will be called Improver Pole.

Don't forget, your instructor will always let you know when you are safe and ready to move up a level.

What a week! We've sweated through our pole and aerial sessions, seen our ninjas fly All Bars Flying Trapeze Club again, announced an awesome seminar coming to KPole Solihull AND our Pole straps class started! Let's get into this week's wrap up 😍

We've been teasing our next photoshoot for a while and it's finally time to give you the deets!

We're welcoming back the one and only Simon Hooley to TWO of our studios in November to shoot both pole and aerial!

🩷 PINK - Saturday 14th November, KPole Solihull

💙 Gel Lights - Sunday 15th November, KPole Cradley Heath

Spaces will go on sale to KPole members on Friday 31st July at 10am and on general sale on Sunday 2nd August at 10am. Please message the studio directly to book your space!

Each 30 minute slot includes 5 beautifully edited images with the option to purchase extras from Simon for £18 each.

KPole Membership Holders: £100
This can be split as a £25 deposit now, with the balance due on 1st November, or paid in full on booking.

Non-KPole Membership Holders: £105
This can be split as a £25 deposit now, with the balance due on 1st November, or paid in full on booking.

Photoshoot spaces are not refundable, but can be sold on. Please contact us if you can no longer attend so we can try and help you sell your space on.
