6.30pm Over 50’s Purely Barre
7.25pm Callanetics

Both of these classes concentrate purely on strength, technique and flexibility. We will be using light weights, bands and other small equipment (all provided). Don’t be put off by the ‘over 50’s Barre’ - you can come along if you are new to barre or even an existing client who wants to go back to basics and brush up on your barre skills!!

These classes are small in number at my beautiful air conditioned studio. They will both be very hands on - I will correct you if need be.

Start thinking about your strength and flexibility NOW - your body will thank you in the future 💗

I’ve now added the over 50’s Purely Barre classes to my schedule. Classes will be as follows ..

Tuesday 5.30pm - 6.15pm
Tuesday 6.30pm - 7.15pm
Thursday 10am - 10.45am

Please be aware you will need to book your spot as places are limited to 12 per class. You can reserve your space and either pay online or bring cash/card with you on the day.

All equipment is provided, however you can bring your own mat if you wish. I will provide weights/bands etc. classes are without shoes so bring socks or bare feet is fine.

I can’t wait to bring these sessions to you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Morning all 😊 Thank you for the MASSIVE response I’ve had for these classes!

Building strength as we get older is more than important, it’s essential. I’m sure you all want to be able to continue living your life to the full as you’re getting older - simple things like getting up off your chair or out of the bath, going out for long walks, playing with your grandchildren .. The list is endless!

Please don’t be worried to come along to a new class. I’m turning 54 in August and I am facing the menopause so I’m on your page and I want to help you exercise safely and effectively! These exclusive classes will be small in number so I can work with and correct you throughout the session.

Initial classes will be Tuesday evenings and Thursday mornings. More will be added if required. Please comment below your preferred timing and I will be adding to the timetable next week.

I’m looking at starting up a new Purely Barre session for ladies over 50 or complete beginners who want to start on their barre journey 💗

As well as work at the Barre we will be concentrating on building strength using hand weights and other small equipment such as bands, balls and gliders. There will be floor work for your core within the session too so you’re guaranteed to get a full body workout.

I will be adding a morning and and evening session very soon and they will be held in my beautiful bespoke studio in Halesowen.

Don’t forget there are no classes on today being Bank Holiday. I’ve got to say I’m secretly pleased because barre in that sports hall would just about finish us all off I reckon 🤣 Callanetics on tomorrow as normal and there is air con so we will be nice and cool don’t worry!!

I’m out early so the dogs can have a run and a swim before it gets too hot- have a fabulous day in the sunshine all ☀️💗
