It’s been a day of beautiful beaches today! Abersoch and Nefyn - been a few years since I’ve been to either but both exactly as I remember. Nefyn topped it though for me with its rugged and unspoilt coastline. Dogs are exhausted, I’m in my pyjamas and I’ve poured a glass of w**e 🍷Needed this break so much, being by the sea is an absolute tonic 💗

I still highly recommend her though 😂

I’ve added a Stretch and Relaxation evening to ease me gently into my week off on Wednesday 26th August, booking link below. Half of the spaces have already gone so if you want to come please reserve your space asap to avoid disappointment.

Bank holiday week commencing 31st August there will be NO classes as I’m taking a week off before it gets crazy in September with the run up to that word that happens in December that I’m not going to mention 😂😂

Thursday evening classes this week are at my studio and not Lapal again due to the caretaker being on holiday.

Have a wonderful day all, I’m sat enjoying a coffee after being put through my paces with the amazing Becky at Stourbridge Pilates Rooms. I don’t think anyone can see my arm shaking as I’m lifting my coffee cup 🤔🤔😂😂
