Do you ask yourself whether you can still do exercise?
The answer is YES YOU CAN!!

👉Do you suffer with back problems?
👉Do you have joint problems?
👉Do you have arthritis?
👉Any other health conditions?
👉We cater for all abilities!!!

Are you New to exercise or find normal gyms and normal exercise groups too daunting or challenging?
Do you want a fun and friendly class where no one judges?

We are here to help, our classes are low intensity
No floor work and no equipment needed!
It Can be done seated or standing and has
Fantastic music 🎵 with easy routines to follow
Do you love dancing?
This is the class for you!

Walking through those doors can feel like a huge step for anyone but with our classes you are made to feel welcome and to feel part of a big friendship group.
