This morning 3 tons of mushroom compost was delivered to the allotment. I took the opportunity to do some strength training for the next online retreat with next week.

One of the themes we will be exploring is that we don’t just need our strength for planks and down dogs. We need to carry our toddlers up hills and shift compost in wheelbarrows. We need to push, pull, drag and drop.

Also my lockdown 3.0 tip, when you have had enough put on some terrible party tunes and dance dance dance. Love bombing the kids helps too. We all need some quality time and a chance to 💥 our feelings.

Walking in a winter wonderland.

Out for my morning walk with the baby. It’s brisk. Anyone else feel like eyes could close and you could sleep standing up. Just me then.

We are going to be looking at ways to keep going in our next online retreat. Strength and resilience is needed more than ever right now.

Wow! It’s been a whirlwind of a year over here and I’m looking forward to some restful days eating cheese and relaxing.
