6 weeks of training showing erratic results in Maltese children of the same group. Most of these do not attend regularly as shown from results. Some do not eat enough and 2 even left the group (not the top 2). Although a parent would panic when seeing such results, from experience we know that development of children is undulating. Key factor mainly is GOOD FOOD and STRENGTH TRAINING.😉

Sport Talent, once tested, requires to be developed. Overseas experiences are part and parcel with developing high level athletes. We have done it with Xuereb twins and using the same formula to develop more others.
