You have to come better with your goal.
Heres what we do ππΎ
"I just want to lose a bit of weight before my holiday"
"I want to lose X stone"
We don't get crystal clear on what we want! How can we achieve something if we don't know exactly what it is?
Use this method to define exactly what you want and then create a plan to execute.
1. Identify your WHY. Why are you going after this goal?
2. VISUALISE it, see thay future version of yourself. Who is she, where is she, what is she doing.....?
3, Put an END date on your goal. When is it going to be achieved by
4, What MILESTONES need to be hit in between?
5, Then create the HOW. How are yiu going to get from A-B?
You need to have these aspects included when creating your goal. Lofty goals dont work, becuase you dont know what you are aiming for you dont know how to get there.
Creating that GOAL is detrimental to your success so take it seriously.
