PBT Associates UK A programme designed to help children improve their ballet strength and technique.

With the support of Marie Walton Mahon (Founder and Creator of PBT), PBT Associate UK was created to offer students a further level of PBT training in addition to their regular dance school classes and allow them to reach their full potential. Students do not need to already be studying PBT in order to attend the programme. PBT Associates UK is open to all students with a keen interest in improvin

g their technique and strength. Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening programme that has been designed to enhance students' technique by focussing on training the muscle memory required in each exercise in ballet. It is a unique training system using ballet-technique specific exercises to train skill acquisition in a graded and progressive manner from junior through to advanced levels. PBT helps teachers around the world prepare their students to receive the strength they need to achieve their personal best.

Zoom privates - £30, group training - £18.
Group training is for students in school years 8+ with good PBT knowledge and experience.
