What 3 things would you like to show gratitude for?
As we live in a time of what appears to be chaos. Learning to appreciate the positivity in lifeโs ups and downs is something I strive towards day by day. Itโs so easy to shout about all the things going wrong when nothing seems to go your way. However, what if we flipped things on its head, to appreciate things in its entirety.
Did you know that practicing the attitude of showing gratitude, could help reduce some of our daily stresses (e.g., mental and physical health, sleep patterns, relations with others and self-care).
