Join us for an exciting afternoon of swimming, challenge, and achievement as we see just how far our swimmers can go!

📅 Saturday 4th July 2026
⏰ 2.30pm - 5.30pm
📍 King Edwards Five Ways School, Bartley Green
💵 £12.50 for 30-minute session

Open to swimmers of all abilities who are looking for a fun and rewarding challenge.

There will be opportunity to purchase distance badges & certificates on the day. 💙

While the kids enjoy their swimming lessons, sitting poolside in this heat can quickly become uncomfortable 😣

Here are a few simple ways to stay cool & safe during lessons:

🧊 Bring an ice-cold water bottle
Hydration is key — sip regularly, even if you don’t feel thirsty.

👗 Dress light
Loose clothing to stay cool.

🪭 Portable fans
Handheld or neck fans can make sitting poolside more manageable.

💙 Listen to your body
If you start to feel dizzy, faint or overheated, please let staff know and step out somewhere cooler to take a break from poolside.

Our popular Adult Beginner Course was such a success that we’re now launching a new Adult Improver Course!

This course is designed for swimmers who are comfortable in the water and want to build on their existing ability by improving technique, efficiency, and overall swimming skills.

Sessions will focus on developing stronger stroke technique, better breathing control, and greater confidence swimming longer distances in a supportive and encouraging environment.

📅 When:
Tuesdays, 7:30pm - 8:00pm
6-week course (6 sessions, 1 session per week)

Course dates:
Tuesday 2nd June 2026 - Tuesday 7th July 2026

📍 Location:
King Edward VI Five Ways School
Scotland Lane, Bartley Green

👥 Small Groups:
Maximum of 5 adults per class.
Taught by experienced instructors.

💵 Price:
£108 for the full 6-week course
(£18 per 30-minute lesson)
