What does a perfect rest day look like for you?
A perfect rest day for me would be spending time with loved ones, eating delicious food and relaxing with a good book plus a cheeky matcha 🍵
Favourite exercise — Deadlifts, without a doubt.
I was contemplating giving up on deadlifting completely but after receiving advice and guidance from people who excel with this lift I am now able to deadlift efficiently. My deadlifts have improved massively and I couldn't be more grateful 😊

It's no surprise, I hate cardio 😅🤣 but I love the health benefits and the results so we get it done anyway.
What’s a food you refuse to give up, no matter what your goals are?
I have to allow myself a sweet treat every so often 🙈 I know it's not the best for our health but we have to live at the end of the day. Food is life 😁
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I'm an identical twin! And no we don't have telekinetic abilities 😊 She was my inspiration for beginning my weight training journey
What’s your ultimate comfort meal after a long week? Steak with chimichurri and sweet potato fries.Still trying to keep it slightly healthy!
