Hey everyone! We’ve been a bit MIA lately, and for good reason. We’ve been working on a few big goals, developing some exciting projects, and, oh yeah, growing our little family! πŸ’•

We decided to take a well-deserved break to focus on the present and future, making sure our kids grow up with fully present parents and that we don’t miss out on each other either.

We’re beyond excited for this next chapterβ€”don’t get us wrong, it freaks us out too! But that’s exactly what makes us thrive. We know it won’t be easy, but it will definitely be worth it. This is what helps us love deeper, grow stronger, and embrace the beautiful chaos together.

Willpower: The Ignition of Immeasurable Change...

Yesterday, we honoured an extraordinary milestone that marked two years since Phil made the most pivotal decision of his life. Two transformative years since he bid adieu to a 21-year-old smoking addiction. The journey was challenging, demanding immense determination, unyielding perseverance, infinite patience, and solid resilience. Yet here we are today, witnessing the powerful testament of his willpower.

This willpower has been the catalystβ€”the key, enabling him to discern what truly matters in life and build an enduring legacy. It’s the driving force behind the unwavering focus he now has on our business and our future.

Standing here today, my heart swells with pride as I look at the man Phil has become. The second to last image in this post, taken just over three years ago, and the final image as a teenager, both from before our paths crossed, capture him at his most vulnerable - smoking, drinking, unhealthy, yet dreaming of a brighter future. Now, where vice and addiction once reigned, passion, growth and purpose flourish. His transformation, both inside and out, is nothing short of inspiring.

And to those grappling with addiction, remember, you are not alone. Believe in your strength, for just like Phil, you too can overcome and thrive.

Learning to love the seasons of life...

Those who have followed us for a while know that we have a deep-seated love for the great outdoors. We thrive amidst nature, breathing in the crisp air, noticing the subtle changes of the seasons, experiencing the serene beauty that surrounds us.

But now, with the arrival of our little girl, Wolfie, our priorities have naturally shifted. Our once adventurous hikes through hills and mountains have taken a backseat as we patiently introduce her to the wonders of nature through gentle walks in the park. Everything is new - to her, and to us. It’s a different kind of adventure, one that unfolds slowly, quietly, filled with precious moments of discovery and bonding.

We know that very soon, she will be scrambling up rocks, running up mountains, exploring the world with boundless energy. And when those days come, we will look back at these slow days with a sense of nostalgia and appreciation, knowing they were fleeting, yet profoundly impactful.

Life isn’t always about doing, moving, chasing. Sometimes, life is about just being. Being present, being mindful, indulging in the simple pleasures that are right before our eyes. These slow days are a testament to that. They teach us the art of patience, the beauty of stillness, the joy of simply being.

So, we cherish these slow days. We soak in every moment, every smile, every tiny discovery, because we know they are just as important. They help us appreciate what we have, how far we’ve come, and the beautiful journey that lies ahead.

A gentle reminder to embrace the slow days, the lively ones, and everything in between. But most importantly, a reminder of the joy of being present, and living each moment to the fullest.

As we celebrated our 2nd anniversary in style at a shooting ground, we couldn't help but see it as a metaphor for our shared journey.

It's been two years since we took that leap of faith, firing an arrow of trust into the heart of love, guided by intuition and aiming towards a brighter future together. We understood that we couldn’t run with the hare and hunt with the hounds if we wanted to stay true to ourselves. So, we set our sights and hit the bullseye. 🎯

At times, life presents us with tough choices that can lead us towards grandeur or simplicity. For us, we were aware of the lofty goals we set, dreams we yearned to fulfill, and fears we aimed to overcome. We've become each other’s propelling force, lifting us higher than we ever imagined possible.

Our narrative is still being written, and yes, it has been a whirlwind of highs and lows, unexpected twists and turns. Yet, the voyage becomes immensely more significant when you have a companion who not only backs you but also assists you in morphing into your finest self.

Having a partner who shares your dreams and believes in them as strongly as you do is a rare gift. The path to realising your dreams will undoubtedly have its rough patches, moments filled with self-doubt and trepidation. But having that special someone who stands firm by your side, offering reassurance and motivation, genuinely makes all the difference.

Together, we face adversity head-on, transforming obstacles into stepping stones towards triumph.

New beginnings are always electrifying, especially when they revolve around children; they represent the future and offer a sense of hope with unlimited possibility.

Of course, here, we are relating the significance of our daughter’s arrival as our new beginning. Albeit, it’s not just larger life events such as this which we are solely referring to.

Grasp any and every opportunity for a new origin story: take that first leap, and see where it takes youβ€”who knows what treasures truly await without fully giving ourselves to a new way of life! Risk it for Heaven’s sake. We all need fresh starts more than we think. It’s not failure to transform from who we currently are and transcend to a newer, more mature and powerful version.

Do you remember reading the book of Genesis as a kid and learning about how the world was created in just seven days? Well, just like in that story, every day is a chance for a new beginning.

Whether you have decided to listen to your intuition rather than unsupportive figures, moving to a foreign city far, far away, or are embarking on a new business venture, there's something invigorating about wiping the slate clean and starting afresh. It's like getting an overhaul; a chance to make things better than they were before.

The reality is that life is not invariably fair and every so often it throws obstacles in our tracks. We have the choice to be crippled by them or conversely use them as an opportunity to grow, learn, and transcend.

We can effortlessly give up when faced with a provocative hurdle, but it takes strength, courage, perseverance, and pure grit to stay determined and carry onβ€”the only differential between victorious people and the unsuccessful?…The triumphant don’t give up.

Our challenges are life-altering opportunities for us to take charge of our fates and create the destinies we desire most for ourselves. They offer us the mechanism to success and a life of freedom, the master-keys to unlatch the doors to higher possibilities.

Never let your challenges preclude you from reaching your full potentialβ€”rather choose to utilize them as passageways of opportunity on your expedition towards eminence and prosperity!

Children are members of our generations to whom respect is due more than any other age, superior to us by reason of their innocence and of the greater possibilities of their time ahead.

There is something so special about children that remind us to be our best selves. They appear in our lives as a clean slate, pure and free thinking, with so much potential for what lies ahead.

How lucky are we to be given the opportunity to nurture such saintly little souls and help them bloom into kind, compassionate human being?

We may be wiser, more experienced, and more knowledgeable than them in our eyes, but we still owe them the same courtesy and kindness that we expect in return.

With their whole lives ahead of them, children have so much potential to impact our world. We have a duty of care and responsibility to nurture their innocence and provide them with a safe space where they can learn, grow, and thrive. Allowing them room for expression and independence; with love, respect and genuine encouragement from us adults.

WHO, WHAT, WHY

It’s been a while since we introduced ourselvesβ€”a lot has changed since we began. Let us give you a brief insight into who we are now...

We are Phil & Viktoria:
Addicted to mountains, torrential downpour forest hikes, subzero sunrises and wandering until our feet bleed. We are passionate about the unison of a healthy mind, body and soul to achieve what we have been conditioned to believe is impossible.

Our notion:
Nature is our lecturer and the world is our playground, providing endless reasons to explore every inch of it.

Our mission:
Motivate others to get out of the system and embrace experience, work from anywhere and at their own pace. We envision a world where people constantly push their limits, better themselves and ravage their confining beliefs. We aspire to build meaningful connections with those who seek adventurous life and are brave enough to follow their passions, championing ignorance and battling against the parochial conclusions on what the structure of your life should be.

We had to be honest with ourselves in order to truly understand the cornerstone of our mental health and what social expectations had contributed to destroying it. We had to descend into our core and clarify why we needed a change, an alternative way of living, not tainted by society’s β€œacceptable code of conduct”. We began by saying, β€œEnough is enough!”—no more procrastination, no more distraction, no more underestimating our self-worth, and no more living by neurotic ideologies.

Working 9-5 and relying on employers without core values, morals and sentiment was setting us back, trapping us in a false comfort zone, making us believe this is the only reality we deserve. We want to build a simple life, be present for each moment and our family, and build meaningful connections.

Through scrutinising hardships and disappointments we discover our hidden strengths. Once You take notice of that tiny little flicker of the flame in your soulβ€”don’t let it go! Let it become your compass as you journey forward. The lighthouse to lead you down a path of gratification and self-discovery. You deserve it and so do we!

The feller whose verdict counts most in your life
