A new Birmingham monthly acting class begins on Saturday 20th April 2024!
Whether you are an actor who wants to keep their hand in, someone brushing up on their skills or someone who just fancies trying it, the Masterclasses are open to all.
Here’s what you need to know:

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Each session is self contained and covers different things including improvisation, script work, character development.
The classes are there to help you go deeper with your acting; explore different techniques; build confidence; grow as an actor; have fun.
* A Masterclass runs each month.
* You can pick and choose how often you come along, there is no commitment.
* They are all one off classes.
* Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
* Payment in advance is required to secure your place.
* You don’t need to bring anything other than yourself and a bottle of water.
* Wear something comfy.
WHO RUNS THEM?
The classes are run by award winning actor and writer Esther Stanford.
Esther trained at BAFTA winning ITV Workshop and works in film, TV, theatre and radio.
Esther writes for television and has 3 TV shows and a feature film in development.
She also runs a class at in Birmingham, runs bespoke workshops, does 1-1’s with actors and has a fabulous podcast with The Archers Tracey Horrobin, aka the glorious Susie Riddell, called (5 ⭐️ on Apple).
If you feel a little nervous before you come along don’t worry this is totally normal and the majority of people feel the same. Esther has years of experience and you will be well looked after.
