Not the most 'Instagram worthy' looking meals but they get the job done!
The calories are based on my current weight, activity levels and goals. Let me know if you want an idea for how much you should be eating to lose or gain weight! It may be more than you think!

Full fat Greek yoghurt (not style) high calories but more nutrients!
Dark chocolate! Fairly high calories and the taste takes abit getting used to. But it's a good snack and is very good for you 😁
Olive oil mayonaise! Bit more expensive than regular mayonaise and may have more calories. But it is a lot better for you.
I had pre cooked chicken this day because I was away for the weekend and didn't have time to cook it myself. This particular one didn't have too many additives though 😁
