⏰ IN ONLY 14 hrs, myself & the amazing Women of Grit + Grace - The 40+ Womans Lifestyle Flip Initiative will be joining Darren Holmes and Kaizen Wirral Mindset CiC, in flipping 70kg and 100kg tractor tyres along the promenade between Wallasey Town Hall and New Brighton. (2.2 miles, 3.5km) to raise funds for Subsidised Physical, Mental Health & Wellness & IF we meet our targets, Cancer Research UK
We’re praying for the weather to be kind, not only for the flippers, but also for the Grandchildren and children coming along to cheer on their amazing, inspirational Nanas and Mums! For a lot of the team, this is the first time they’ve ever stepped this far out of their comfort zone. If you told them 12 months ago they would be flipping over a tractor tyre weighing 70kgs (11stone) for over 2 miles out in public, they’d of thought you were mad! 😃
